Get total count of votes cast on search result

How do I get the count of votes on Search results.

I have content type : Post and I added this voting up and down Module to it.

Now, When i search Posts, I want to display Posts with vote counts.
How can I achieve it. I dont see any API to fetch counts at Node level. Its only available for Node content type.
