I'm using Voting API 8.x-3.0-beta1 and I got this error:

Error: Call to undefined function votingapi_metadata() in voting_rules_rules_data_info() (line 100 of /modules/contrib/voting_rules_d8/voting_rules.rules.inc)

This function is not defined Voting API anymore. There is a lot of undefined functions are used in this module.
