I've just installed 7.x-1.0-beta2 and not widget appears for selecting menus when I try to create an Integer field type. Only "Select (or other) list" variants and "Text field". I have tried disabling the "Select (or other)" module and this doesn't make any difference.

I have a few menu-related modules enabled:
Administration menu 7.x-3.0-rc3
Menu attributes 7.x-1.0-rc2
Menu Block 7.x-2.3
Menu position 7.x-1.1
MuchoMenu 7.x-1.0-alpha1
Select (or other) 7.x-2.15

Does this widget appear for anyone else?

I just installed it and there are no extra widgets when selecting list of any type. Did you get this to work or go with something else?

I think the trick is there are two modules - Views Menu Support and Menu Item Reference Widget. They must both be enabled, and then you choose the 'Integer' field type (not list).
