Release notes

Adds DDEV development environments for Drupal 10 and 11 to support local development and testing. Consolidates the separate Babel and SWC template directories into a single unified react/ directory.

The generated scaffold now targets the latest major versions of all key dependencies, including Vite 8, ESLint 10, Vitest 4, Cypress 15, and React 19.2. The predev npm script has been updated to copy Drupal core JS files from your local installation rather than fetching them from a remote URL, making it version-agnostic. A .prettierrc.json is now included in the generated output.
