Indication when dynamically loading next few nodes

Hi,

First of all great work!

I can see that views carousel have the capability to dynamically load the next few nodes (according to no. of nodes to display in views) while scrolling to the end (btw I am loving this :) Its just that there's no indication that the next few nodes are loading and users might thought that they have scrolled to the last item, as the 'next ' button was disabled while loading.

It maybe good if there's a loading image and enabling the 'next' button after that.
