When using this module, the following table classes are missing for some reason:

  • table
  • table-striped
  • table-bordered
  • tableheader-processed

As a workaround, I added the classes after patching the Views module with the following patch: #1689472: add class to table in table format

In addition, the Customize field HTML > Create CSS Classes does not apply that column's class to the summary row. It ought to for multiple reasons.

This module doesn't do anything special with any of the classes.
The default Table style also does not have those classes in it, so I'm guessing Views is doing something in the background and this module is just using whatever Views is providing.
