Views migration gives a fatal error:
In MigrateRunnerCommands.php line 781:
Invalid migration IDs: d7_views_migration

Steps to reproduce

1. migrate drupal 7 into drupal 9 site
2. install module on the a new drupal 9 site
3. perform: drush migrate:import d7_views_migration
4. Result: Invalid migration IDs: d7_views_migration
