I’m using the Views if Empty’ module and when I choose a ‘Views if Empty’ field I always get ‘Invalid field selection’. I’ve tried all sorts of different combinations of fields for ‘If this field is empty’ and then ‘Then output this field’ but the result is always the same, ‘Invalid field selection’.

I’ve tried using fields of group ‘Node’ and fields of type ‘Content’ but nothing seems to work.

What I've now done is create a brand new content type called 'test'. In this content type I created two new CCK fields, field_test_1 and field_test_2. Each of these fields are text fields. I then created a View and added both of those fields to the View and then added a 'Views if empty' field. I had both fields in the options 'If this field is empty' and 'Then output this field' so I chose one for each and still got the message 'Invalid field selection'. There really couldn't be a simpler content type or View so I'm not sure what could be causing this.
