Problem on view filtering

I have created one taxonomy to categorize my main category and sub category.
• Category 1
o Cate 1 - Sub Category 1
o Cate 1 - Sub Category 2
• Category 2
o Cate 2 - Sub Category 1
o Cate 2 - Sub Category 2
This is the structure of my created taxonomy.

While creating content I have selected these category or sub category.

I have to show All the contents in UI which are in main category (Ex. Category) and I also have used quick tab to select data sub category wise.

My actual requirement is when I select I select “Cate 1 - Sub Category 1” it should display content of this category at top of the list and with this I also want to show all the contents of its parent category (Here for Ex. Category 1), but these content should be shown below to my selected categories content.

I am using view to display these content.. If I have to select just one category then I don’t have any problem but as I also have to show other contents of its parent category so I am not sure how to achieve this functionality.

kindly suggest me possible ways to achieve this.

i am trying to using sql query for view but i am unable to write sql query because i dont know where to write the code and how to write if possible then please let me know it's urgent for me.
