If expost plugin class views_expost_exposed_form_plugin is loaded before BEF plugin class better_exposed_filters_exposed_form_plugin, BEF plugin class is defined right there extending views_plugin_exposed_form_basic, and therefore BEF doesn't work at all.

Alex Bukach's patch (#3) is a clean fix and a better implementation. It's been about 5 months out at the time of this posting. Is there anything we can do to expedite seeing this rolled into a new version?
