Add a screenshot of the views setting on the module page

Problem/Motivation

Hi and thank you very much for the module!

I'm trying to use it as described on the module page, but the "Use SQL to format date" option does not appear. Maybe because I have a date field with time?

It would definitely help, if you could add a screenshot of this setting on the module page for comparison and visual documentation.
