Add a Header Broken?

I have the new Views installed from the 17th and am all of a sudden getting a bug when I try to add a header to my current (pre-updated) view. When I click HEADER, is says update. So I click update... nothing. If I click the + sign to ADD A HEADER, it comes up with GLOBAL TEXT AREA. I check the box, click update and nothing... even the SAVE button is grayed out. Am I doing something wrong?
