You can't do this with Views core. I believe there's a module that adds an online user filter. I have no idea how you might do 'watched path'. The data doesn't really support that kind of filter easily.

This module is called http://drupal.org/project/user_stats

But this does not do the "watched path" thing.

yes, it gives you the ability to get the user online status in views. i guess for my issue there is more coding necessary. What a pitty :)
