Alpha3 breaks Header / Footer / Empty Text

Upgraded to alpha3 (from the yesterday installed Alpha2) and it breaks my Headers.
All headers are gone.
It's impossible to add a header to a view, no error message given, after "apply", it just jumps back where it should provide the imput field.
