Can someone advice me how can I achieve the below in the screenshots?

I've tried various changes in the views, but somehow I still can't manage as per below... Can somebody help me..

Where is the problem currently? You have created the tab already, so i guess the problem is the output.

I would experiment with grid view and or http://drupal.org/project/views_bonus and the panel styles.

I have neither created the tab yet nor I've managed to create the tabs yet... It is just an example mockup.

Any ideas how to accomplish it? Must I use Views Bonus to do it?

No idea how to help you. Views does not do tabs like that. Maybe a module does, but we're not able to look that information up for you.
