Automatic menu of allowed values as argument

Hello,

I started working with this great module.
I have the following:
Nodes with a CCK field category, with limited allowed values.

I want:
Menu on left side (in primary links child links of the main view)
In this menu I want all the categories, with links to the standard view with extra the argument for the category.
It is like the drop down I now have (exposed filter) but then in a menu.

I could not find a similar issue. Is there an easy way to do this automatic? when i change an allowed value the menu should also be automatically different
