When i create a new view and try to set it's options i get a javascript alert with this message:
"An error occurred at /drupal/admin/build/views/ajax/display/view_name/default/items_per_page"
With views javascript disabled i get a white empty screen instead. Nothing gets written in apache logs or in drupal logs.
I've tried to disable almost all the non-core modules and it still happens.
I lost a day around this, trying all sorts of things. I'm a newbie at serious drupal site building so it may be a newbie thing, dunno, but i'm pulling hair out.
This also happens when editing one of the "already-included" views.
I've searched in the issues list and found nothing about it. Maybe i should get some sleep. lol
I'm using Drupal 6.14 and Views 6.x-2.7
stuff that might help:
modules used at the moment:
Administration menu 6.x-1.5
Advanced help 6.x-1.2
Content Construction Kit (CCK) 6.x-2.6
DrupalIt 6.x-1.4-beta2
FeedAPI 6.x-1.9-beta3
Feed Element Mapper 6.x-1.0
Link 6.x-2.8
Pathauto 6.x-1.2
Token 6.x-1.12
Voting API 6.x-2.3
theme: Pixture Reloaded 6.x-3.2 (still, the error also happens with default theme from drupal 6.14)
php memory is at 128 MB on this machine
php 5.3.0
mysql 5.1.36
apache 2.2.13
also, i'm getting a "warning: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting TC_DOLLAR_CURLY or TC_QUOTED_STRING or '"' in ./sites/all/modules/views/help/views.help.ini on line 190 in /[censored_drupal_path_here]/sites/all/modules/advanced_help/advanced_help.module on line 667." and the advanced help related stuff isn't loaded but i guess it has nothing to do with the issue above but we never know...
Am i missing something? Is it a bug? Can anyone help? I will give more info if needed.

merlinofchaos commentedSearch for "php 5.3" in the Views issue queue. There's a couple of known issues with php 5.3 and there are patches. This sounds like one of them.
