Adding "Node: Comment count" field prevents display of all nodes that don't have any comments. It works like a filter. I'm not entirely sure but it seems it also prevents display of every node after it finds first one with no comments, even if 10th has a comment.
Expected: Show node and comment count should display 0.

Did you set

Count the number 0 as empty
If the field contains the number zero, display the empty text instead

Here it works as expected.
