I wonder if the boolean operator filter handler (views_handler_filter_boolean_operator.inc) should also manage empty operator like the numeric filter handler (views_handler_filter_numeric.inc).
So, in addition to "=0" and "=1" values, we could also choose "is null" and "in not null"
Of course, if there's more than 2 values (true/false), it's not really a boolean anymore, but it could allow people to use "NULL/TRUE" boolean in views filters.

I thought i wrote a patch for this before, but i cannot find something like this.

This is sort of a duplicate of #508124: Allow boolean filters to treat NULL as FALSE - it allows to treat NULL as FALSE but not to treat NULL as TRUE - but treating NULL as TRUE seems a bit odd doesn't it? I understand that it might be useful sometimes though.
