I've found several tutorials now that reference the glossary view that comes in Views 2. I have that installed, but for the life of me cannot find a glossary view - it's not in the list of available views. What am I missing?

perhaps you don't look at the disabled views. There is definitive the glossary view :)

I'm an idiot. The default doesn't show up if you create a new one with the exact same name. Problem fixed!
