Lost in arguments

High and sorry for bothering everybody.
I'm completely lost with arguments. I read doc and post and I can't find answers and consistancy on this (args(), args[], arguments, views->tid, $views.tid...).

I have a block view with specific nodes link to a taxonomie. The view working exactly has i want. I want to had this blok on some pages, those pages will have the same taxonomie.
I want the block showing only the taxo linked to the page. I can't find in docs or page or other sites on drupal something clear on how to send parameters to arguments to do that.
If I stand on validator option/taxo it works perfectly with live preview when i put my taxo Number and press enter, the query returns what is expected. But the page isn't showing anything, or showing eveything if I select the show everything if no arguments... It means that the view is not receving the appropriate parameters from the page/node.
I tried php in validate type, but I don't understand what to put in that field arguments ? wich is what ? Where can I return vid of the page $node.vid $node->vid... ?

Sorry again for disturbing. But I really tried for two days without success to put everything in that box, without success.
