I want display nodes to user by Views (in fields mode, not render content)
And need what all displaying nodes to current user mark as viewed.

How I can do it?

Yes. E.g. if I additional add to views the field Has new content - and then user viewed this views first time - has new content field - showed, and then refresh page - not showed, e.g. mark as viewed nodes

Sounds like dawehner's comment #6 over in #465888-6: Adding "NEW" icon to Views is what you want.
