hi,

I have two content types x and y. When creating y i have to chose to which x content it belongs to using a "belongs to field".

I allready created a block with contextual filters to show all referenced nodetitles in the second sidebar, if user is on the content x site. But i want to have a view with all node teasers from content x an in the teaser a field that shows all referenced content y titles. Or if thats not possible using fields instead of teasers.

Any ideas? I think there is an easy solution but for now i cant get my head around it.

thanks for the link...very useful. The problem is that i allready managed to show a block with the referenced titles using contextual filters. But contextual filters can only be set to the url and not to the teaser title. I think what i need is a custom fixed contextual filter that references to a forced and hidden nid field. And/or a rewritten output of the hidden nid field. Unfortunately i'm not very skilled in writing code so i it would be great if you or someone else could write it.

And maybe there is still a simple solution that works, maybe its to simple and i can't figure it out.
