When trying to filter event nodes by date using "Start Date (> now)" I am getting all the event nodes, including ones with a start date from the past.

The query shown is:

SELECT civicrm_event.title AS civicrm_event_title, civicrm_event.id AS id, civicrm_event.start_date AS civicrm_event_start_date, civicrm_event.end_date AS civicrm_event_end_date
FROM
{civicrm_event} civicrm_event
WHERE (( (civicrm_event.is_public <> '0') AND (civicrm_event.start_date > '1969-12-31 19:00:00') ))
ORDER BY civicrm_event_start_date ASC
LIMIT 10 OFFSET 0

Notice the date filter is > '1969-12-31 19:00:00'.

If I replace 'now' with the actual date, the query runs fine. Of course, that is not a viable solution. Anyone know how to fix this?
