View block dynamically pull in all terms

I am trying to create a magazine sort of layout on the front page of my practice site. I have multiple category names, and with the term reference of each content node. I want to display a recent first article with image title and content then below that have 4 title with a link to that specific article.

My category term taxonomy are: Health, Sports, Tech, and so on. Now I have it set up in the view to display just one taxonomy term which is in the attachment of this post. But my question is how can I have it set up so that I dynamically display each of categories with that same layout without creating a view for each taxonomy term?
