SQL Error when using relations

Hey guys.

I am using the latest -dev version (Updated a few minutes ago) and while I don't know when did this issue rise up, I do know things were working fine a few months ago.

I've created a block view which brings up related products and whenever I add the relationship argument I receive
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'field_data_field_related_product.nid' in 'on clause'

Any suggestions?
I also have the latest version of the Reference module
