My filter field "Taxonomy: Terms for xxx" shows only 5 of the 6 terms from the vocabulary xxx... am I missing out on something? (I can work around it by selecting the "Taxonomy: Term" general filter, but why do that if there is a specific option for what I want...)

The first (lightest, not necessarily lower tid) is missing from the select menu in "Taxonomy: Terms for xxx" filter.
This bug did not exist before and it breaks existing views, which is why it is marked as critical.
