I create a view, and try to override one field using views_embed_view.
Here is my code in views-view-field--nid-1.tpl.php:
print views_embed_view('total_members_number','default',$output);
I get the correct result.But when i add more test datas, I find that the pager disappear.
When i change the code of views-view-field--nid-1.tpl.php to:
print $output;
The pager appear.
It seems that i could not use views_embed_view in another view's tpl file.

dawehnerThe problem is probably that you have the same pager id's for both views.
In views you can configure the pager id's in the pager settings.
