Content and User options in drop-down filter in #views-ui-add-item-form in Views UI when using Cyrillic locale are not rendered.

When using Views UI Cyrillic locale the drop-down for filtering items, like fields or filters, the content option and user option are not rendered in form #views-ui-add-item-form. I have attached a screenshot for more visual description. Thank you all for the cooperation in advance.
