I have a hierarchy structure in one vocabulary like this:

  • Term1

    • Term2
    • Term3
  • Term4
  • Term5

All terms end up in one level HTML list in my view.

  • Term1
  • Term2
  • Term3
  • Term4
  • Term5

How to create a view showing one vocabulary's terms hierarchy?

Taxonomy is not stored in a way to allow it to be loaded hierarchically and Views doesn't do hierarchical output natively. Try the taxonomy lineage module.
