I used a header with PHP content for a few years now, but since a few weeks (months?) I can't update it anymore (or export and import the current one).

I get these 4 errors every time I save that header (with PHP content):

  1. Parameter 3 to views_ui_build_form_state() expected to be a reference, value given in /sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc on line 1606.
  2. call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /includes/form.inc on line 377.
  3. Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc on line 1542.
  4. Attempt to assign property of non-object in /sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc on line 1613.

Did you already tried to use views 2.x-dev? At least some informations how to reproduce are also required.
Opening a new issue and close the old issue doesn't help that much, you should know this.

I get the error with any (PHP) header I submit.

There's no views 2.x-dev?

# call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /includes/form.inc on line 377.

Here it would make somewhoe sense to know which function is called here. Something like a backtrace would be helpful to understand the issue.

I tried the dev version, the view was still in the list, but doesn't work (taxonomy pages look like there's no view active).

(could go back to 2.12 now)

Fuctions are only database queries, string operations, prints and a few times drupal_set_html_head()

But even submitting new content didn't work (just a piece with a few declarations).

It seems like I don't get those errors every time I try to submit (todays attempts are not in my logs)

Does this help?

These are the logs + lines they mention:

  1. Parameter 3 to views_ui_build_form_state() expected to be a reference, value given in /sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc on line 1606.
    • $form_state = call_user_func_array('views_ui_build_form_state', $top);
  2. call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /includes/form.inc on line 377.
    • $form = call_user_func_array(isset($callback) ? $callback : $form_id, $args);
  3. Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc on line 1542.
    • foreach ($form['args'] as $arg) {
  4. Attempt to assign property of non-object in /sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc on line 1613.
    • $object->url = url(views_ui_build_form_url($form_state));

dereine, can you please tell me if I can give any other useful info? I really need this fixed :-/

I disabled several other modules now to see if that changed anything, but it doesn't. I still can't save, but these errors are not in the logs every time I try, not sure what goes wrong when nothing is logged.

I'm a Drupal user for 10 years now (check profile ;)), but I always only used it for a few own (and friends') sites (work = MS stuff), so I could use some advice here :D

There is a views 2.x-dev under "all releases". You should really first try it out and see whether it works.

DiscoFreq’s picture

I did (#4), but then the view was still in the list, but not working

This seems to be somehow a problem very specific to your enviroment.
So for example do you use php 5.3 on your server? There was an issue quite some time ago with this topic.

DiscoFreq’s picture

yes, 5.3.6, I'll see if I can find anything similar here

DiscoFreq’s picture

This issue mentions the same errors, but no solution:

This seems to be the same issue, so please mark this one as duplicate.

Ok, but the other one doesn't look very active :-/

I'll have to make a test copy of the site, because it's too delicate testing this on the live one...
