When i try to override defaule templates for blocks templates aren`t recognized. Files proposed by view eg. views-view--aktualno-ci-blok.tpl.php exists in templates directory but block is rendered through default files. Overriding works in page mode.

dawehnerThis doesn't override your block.tpl.php but the output of a view.

virtuosite commentedI know about it, i try to overwrite theme through files proposed by views in advanced->theme. In conclusion my block is rendered throug eg. views-view.tpl.php not views-view--aktualno-ci-blok.tpl.php(which is proposed by views).

merlinofchaos commentedIt seems unlikely to be 'blok' and more likely to be 'block' or 'block-1'
In any case, this is all handled by Drupal's theme system. Views provide the suggestions and the theme system implements them.
Some possible reasons this might not be working properly:
1) Modifying the wrong theme. Particularly noticeable when previewing in your administrative theme and expecting to see a template in your regular theme.
2) A typo in the template file name.
3) not clearing the cache after creating the template.
