my problem began when i was editing the file .htaccess just to change the file uploading size.
after the succeeded of editing all views rotator in the website stops , dhtml menu stops , when i want to add a new field in the views there is no circle appear but a new page is opening like the attached image . also default views , page views , block views are showing in the same time as the second image attached .
its a serious problem:S:S:S

This is indeed a bug report but in reality it's a support issue.

Please enable firebug. You will see some kind of javascript error probably caused by dhtml.
Views is working fine on it's alone so dhtml might do something wrong.

sorry dereine i was so confused its a support request not a bug report but i disabled the dhtml menu and the problem continued , all views rotators stops and views page still as i attached ,i deleted the wamp program and install a new one but the problem still here a tried to disable all modules except views and nothing change the problem didnot solve .
evrey thing dynamic stops :( :(

But there is still a javascript error on your site.

Perhaps you also have disabled js in the settings. Once you fix the js error/enable js again it will work again.

thanks a lot thats right im sure that i disabled Js by a mistake, but should i enabled it from the browser(ex.firefox ,enternet,google chrome etc ) or from the drupal site , can you please till me haw to enable js in a drupal site that will solve my problem
