On views/handlers/views_handlers_filter.inc:469 in the case "old any" the string "" isn't wrapped by the "t()" function, causing an untranslated string.

To solve this, just change this:

      $any_label = variable_get('views_exposed_filter_any_label', 'old_any') == 'old_any' ? '<Any>' : t('- Any -');

to this

      $any_label = variable_get('views_exposed_filter_any_label', 'old_any') == 'old_any' ? t('<Any>') : t('- Any -');

I didn't made this because i don't know how commit the changes to drupal.org (i think i can't even do that)

<Any> is not translatable, which is why there's an option to change it. If you want to translate it you have to change it.
