Hi Manuel, great module by the way. there is nothing similar on drupal.org (at least I haven´t find any)
This is my question. ¿is it possible to give separate permissions to access each profile instead of one to access all of them? My use case is about a school that has teachers and students and each one has his own profile with profile2. then I have secretaries that have permission to edit profiles from both teachers and students. the problem is that now I can see a tab with teacher data for student users and viceversa plus their corresponding profile. so, with this module I can give permission to access teachers´profiles and studentes profile but what If you need secretaries to view just teacher profile for teachers and student profiles for students.
Does Anyone has a clue on how to solve this?

Like the description on the proyect page says, this module provides permisions such as:
"access teachers profiles" , or "access students profiles", the same for any other role.

So you can:
1. Remove the broad "access user profiles" permission from everyone.
2. Add "access teacher profile" and "access students profiles" permisions to the role you need.

However, I think you mean the tabs for editing the profiles themselves, this module does nothing in this respect, as you can do that elsewhere I'm sure.

Note that "access" means view. It has nothing to do with editing the profiles themselves.

In english for everyone´s concern :) I know that this module does nothing in respect to viewing just teacher profile for teacher role and just student profile for student role but that´s why I was making a feature request. I´m interested in contribute to this solution as I haven´t found any similar module.
So, I´m asking for your suggestions/ideas in this matter.
