I'm looking for a D7 successor module for Tabs, which I maintain and would like to retire. In D6, Tabs is a dependency of:

Developers should be able to follow closely what core does, rather than having to learn a wholly different structure for each UI element, so the approach taken in ux_elements is welcome.

Any idea when we can expect a stable release?

Just cut a beta1 release. The module is quite stable so I'm considering moving towards a RC1 soon as well.
