This feature would be really cool to add to the blocks page. Being to hide regions (like disabled) would be nice. Great product, keep up the good work.

I'm not sure I really understand this request. Can you explain it more fully, please?

Since most Util functions work from a hook_form_alter, this really wouldn't result in any performance improvement except at the browser side. Of course, I have one site with Panels and Nodequeue, which generate many unused blocks, so the browser rendering is the slowest part.

If you don't show Unused Blocks, how would you enable one?
