This module use Userpoints API.
Features:

  • Users earn points for creation new Terms
  • Users earn points for adding Terms to Nodes

Installation:

  • Download and unzip
  • Copy userpoints_terms folder to "sites/all/modules/userpoints/"
  • Activate and set points under "admin/config/people/userpoints/settings"

Releases:
You can download and test developer version. This version works on my home server without errors. I work on new stable version and I'll upload it soon.
