Since the latest nightly release of VUD, the controls preventing self-voting and changing of votes no longer work, and both options are active.

Two main issues here:

  1. vote_up_down-6.x-2.x switched to use ctools's ajax responder (instead of implementing its own, like it used to do). userpoints_karma needs to adhere to this --- it can't call exit() in userpoints_karma_vote() anymore; it needs to call ctools_ajax_render*().
  2. vote_up_down changed its ajax voting menu path; userpoints_karma needs to be updated to override the new path.

I've attached a patch to address the above. (After applying the patch, don't forget to clear the menu cache.)
