H!i first of all thanks for this great module!, Then i want to know if is there any way that a a user that has "administer users" permission can´t access to all user plus permissions. I wolud like that a user can create user with "administer user page" and then use only assign group feature of user plus. Is there a way to hide the other tabs or something similar?
I read an old issue but i don´t know if I have to re open that thread or not.
Thanks for all,

Nicolás.

There's no way to do that without writing some code.

A small custom module could implement hook_menu_alter() and change the 'access callback' for each of the menu paths exposed in userplus_menu(). It would look something like this:

function mymodule_menu_alter(&$items) {
  // Unset the 'access callback' function to fall back on core's user_access()
  // to keep users with 'administer users' rights from accessing all the userplus
  // menu items.
  unset($items['admin/settings/userplus']['access callback']);
  unset($items['admin/user/userplus']['access callback']);
  unset($items['admin/user/userplus/addmultiple']['access callback']);
  unset($items['admin/user/userplus/userperms']['access callback']);
  if (module_exists('og')) {
    unset($items['admin/user/userplus/usergroups']['access callback']);
  }
}
