"Current user (and profile) fields as block " provides a simple way to display one or more fields of the current user and his profile if you have the "profile" module installed and in a block.
Usage (Drupal 8-9)
- Enable the module
- Navigate to /admin/structure/block
- Click on 'place block' in the region where you want to place the block
- In the modal select 'place block' for the 'user' or 'profile' field block. Select a field and the formatter.
