show user visits on pages other than user profiles

If I understand what dropchew is asking, the feature that's being requested is to show user visits on any arbitrary page. A use case for this is showing the "recent visitors" block on all admin/* pages and preventing race conditions. In other words, User Visits could be used to prevent site staff members from stepping all over each other if they see that someone else recently visited the current administration page.
