Ignores authenticated user role and anonymous user role because authenticated user is every active user, I believe. Take a gander and use or edit as necessary.

looks good. i'll have to go in and do the patches manually, because things have changed (and i've been lazy about keeping up with this module). thanks for the work! i'll get this up today or tomorrow.
