I read the issue queu and like the way it is set up that you don't have to grant Administer users to the specific role in order to create a new user. But It seem that it is not like that on my end or did I do anything wrong.
Follow the readme.txt, I enable the module, create a new role called user creator, then grant "create limited users" and "access administration pages" to this role. I then go to admin/settings/user_creator/settings to grant this role to be able to create user of other role called "test". Save it.
Next, I create an account of role user creator and login as this account. But when I access /admin/user/user/create it said Access denied.
Any idea, this might just only be me?
Thanks

elliotttt commentedNope, that is working as intended. To prevent "user creators" from accessing the normal admin/user/user/create page the module creates its own page with the proper restrictions located at admin/user-creator-create
That should work for you.
