I try to change the account creation form but I can not.

I found this function hook_form_alter () but I do not know how to use and which file I can put it.

I don't know why you changed the priority, really i need help.

i don't undersand in any file i can put this function(hook_form_alter ()) and how can i use it.

I like that someone can explain me step by step how this function can be used.

I changed the priority because support requests are never higher than normal, and the question you are asking isn't really anything to do with this module.
