I am working on a multi-language site and noticed that some URL Aliases are reverting back to node id of the default language and created the same URL aliases for the default languages upon editing and saving.

I need to make the URL aliases to stick to their original setting.

Anyone can help?

Sorry I'm no help. But I can say that I've got the same problem on Drupal 6

Are either of you using the url_aliases module for Drupal 7? If not I can't help you and I suggest you read the handbook page on Drupal's core path module.

We are using URL Alias on Drupal 6.

There is no URL alias module for D6.
