i wonder that other modules don't have this bug...

The line version = "$Name: DRUPAL-5--1-0 $" should be removed from CVS and then the packaging system will add the last line them self with the correct version.

This is not a bug this is BY DESIGN.

We checked it thoroughly. It does not cause any harm. Seriously.
