Installed and activated the module Update status. No information concerned displays by visiting the main administration page. If go to administer/logs/available updates, and click the link "Check manually", the update status can't show up, but I got an error message below from the recent log entries:

Update Status: Error 0: 111 Connection refused

After run cron manually and tried it again, but still the same problem. Any solution for this? Thanks!

I have no idea why or how this could happen, unless maybe XMLPC is firewalled?

After see your comment I come back to my site to have a check again. Just go to administer/logs/available updates, and click the link "Check manually", this time the list of update status appears immediately. I don't know why three days ago there was a problem. Anyway it works now. Thanks!
