There is no background color assigned to the input elements in the uniform plugin, so when your form fields are above a coloured background, they appear half styled. this is a let down of the actual uniform plugin, but thought I'd let you know. Also, I noticed input:password wasnt in your admin list for elements to be styled. I added one, now the user login blocks password field gets styled to.

I've added background colour to uniform.css, you may need to change it's value if your not using the default theme.
