IP is not logged

Hi there,

I installed this module on two different sites, but on one site the IP's are not logged when someone logs in.
Nothing is stored in the database table.

When I change the line:

if (($op == 'login') {

to

if (($op == 'login') or ($op == 'insert')) {

I do get logs for newly registered users.
But users that login are not logged.

Any idea what could cause this?
